Injury is the part of sporting career of every player, I am planing to make a fresh start in this tournament, all eight teams are good teams, at times you can not predict. We are having a perfect combination of players and each individual understand their responsibility.

It is good that many young players are in the team which gives a healthy competition among each other, now my responsibility as been increased, as a senior I have to share my experiences with them along with that I have to restart my second innings of career, added Rupinder.

A hamstring injury kept him out of the World League Semifinal but it was believed the issue would be resolved in a matter of weeks. It’s been six months and he is yet to play a competitive fixture since featuring at the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in April-May.

The coach and the players are having all faith on the senior drag flicker Rupinder that he will make a memorable come back. .
